Continuing to explore the “perfection” of the scriptures
If you’ve read my previous articles you know I like to dive into this topic fairly often since I was raised as an Evangelical and often heard about the “inerrancy of the Bible”. The Bible was taught as the “living word of God” that was absolutely perfect, and for a lot of my childhood I was also raised in churches that believed in the KJV as the chosen word of God for Evangelicals.
It’s an easy concept to believe if you are brainwashed from a young age, and either don’t bother reading the Bible or have very little reading comprehension.
Under this belief structure the Bible can’t contain any contradictions, or errors, since it was directly inspired by the divine. So with that in mind, let’s explore some of the many errors this book contains.
