The Jewish exodus from Egypt has to be one of the most well-known stories from the Old Testament, even being depicted in movies such as “The Ten Commandments” and “The Prince of Egypt”. The Jewish people include this tale as part of their history, but as it turns out it’s a completely fabricated tale if we’re to believe the evidence we have in reality.

Let’s focus on whether the Jews were slaves in Egypt, the Red Sea splitting aside.

If you research into it the only real “evidence” anyone seems to have that this event took place is the Torah aka the Old Testament of the Christian Bible, and the Quran which came much later and basically just used these books as a resource for the story.

The Egyptians were great record keepers, there are endless artifacts still being found and studied, and close to a million pieces already in museums including tons of papyri and hieroglyphs that contain details of lineages, events, and even things like correspondences between the Pharaohs and their vassals.

All of that writing, even for day-to-day minutia, and yet there are zero mentions of the alleged millions of Jewish slaves that the Bible claims to have been enslaved in Egypt for hundreds of years.
