Donald Trump who on the campaign trail promised to release the Epstein files and “expose the swamp,” has apparently decided that the best way to accomplish that task is to eliminate anyone on his own side who actually wants the full list released.
As of May 2026, three of the four most vocal Republican voices in Congress pushing for complete, unredacted release of the Jeffrey Epstein files have been politically neutralized or are under heavy fire.
The latest casualty?
Representative Thomas Massie of Kentucky unfortunately just got primaried into oblivion by a Trump and Israel-backed challenger. The remaining holdouts willing to speak up against Trump are dwindling fast, with Lauren Boebert reportedly next on the hit list.
