Did Jesus study Hinduism and Buddhism?

There are a couple of segments of time missing from Jesus’ story in the Bible. The first is from his birth until he’s twelve years old, the only possible insight into that time we get is from a non-canonical book called “The Infancy Gospel of Thomas”, which gives an account of his early childhood and some more mischievous and even scary events caused by a child with god-like powers. I’ll link an article I wrote about that book at the bottom, for those that are interested.

Then we have eighteen years missing from the ages of twelve to thirty.

The only account the Bible gives us about this time period is from six verses in The Gospel of Luke.

For someone who was the son of God, and capable of miracles, it’s very odd that we wouldn’t have any accounts of what was going on with him during this time period.

Actually, we just might, but not from people in this area of the world.
