I’ve been on a hiatus for awhile now, but thought it was about time to come back, since so much has happened.

For decades, the United States has run the same global scam we coerce the rest of the world to use our currency as a reserve currency, and for their oil transactions, abide by our rules, our military, thinking this basically makes it our world.

For a long time, it has worked. Not because it was morally compelling to any of these nations, but because it was enforced, by aircraft carriers, sanctions on regimes, and a financial system that has made stepping out of line, economically suicidal.

The problem with empires built on false perceptions though is that once the facade starts to crack, it quickly falls apart

Right now, whether Washington wants to admit it or not, Iran has put a couple of huge cracks in the facade.
