How The U.S. Caused the Death Of Millions
All in an Effort To “Look Tough”

Cambodia didn’t “fall” into chaos. It was shoved, by American bombs. Millions of them.
Cambodia was a relatively peaceful, neutral country. The Chinese even had a saying for it: “as rich as the Cambodians.” It wasn’t some war-torn wasteland. It wasn’t breeding radical communists. It wasn’t asking to be “liberated” or “protected” by American B-52s. That didn’t stop the U.S. from turning its villages into craters and blowing its people to pieces.
All in the name of a Cold War fantasy and Richard Nixon’s deranged need to appear “tough.”
