Ghislaine Maxwell, currently serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking tied to Jeffrey Epstein, has offered to testify publicly before Congress only if granted immunity or clemency. Her lawyer laid out strict conditions: immunity, access to questions in advance, the right to testify outside prison, and delaying until her Supreme Court appeal is resolved.

If these aren’t met? She’ll take the Fifth and refuse to speak.

In the shadow of all this, Trump’s Justice Department, via Attorney General Pam Bondi, arranged secretive, hours-long meetings between Maxwell and Deputy AG Todd Blanche, with no oversight. No independent observers. No alleged victim advocates. Just Maxwell and the administration maneuvering behind closed doors.

As a side note Pam Bondi previously represented Trump during his 2020 impeachment, and Todd Blanche represented Trump during his hush money trials regarding Stormy Daniels. So obviously neither of these stand-up individuals would possibly try to influence Maxwell in any way.
