America didn’t just “happen” to become Islamophobic; it was engineered to end up that way.

What started as scattered prejudices got pumped through the White House, weaponized into policy, and blasted across Hollywood and the news cycle until fear of Muslims became as American as baseball and apple pie.

Reagan, Clinton, and Bush all laid the foundation.

Abroad, Islamophobia became the grease for endless wars and resource grabs. At home, it became the excuse for mass surveillance, racial profiling, and the slow-motion construction of a police state, all gift-wrapped in the language of “fighting terror.”
