They’re a sponge.
They soak up all the righteous rage, all the desperation for change, and they wring it out into polite committee meetings and carefully worded fundraising emails.

While the right sharpens knives, the Democrats hold hands.
While Republicans launch culture wars and stack courts, Democrats send you branded tote bags and emails that say “Let’s fight back!” but never actually do.
