Divine Stockholm Syndrome

So many fall in love with their captors

I’ve upset a number of Christians with my recent articles, some I think are just irked by my blasphemous rhetoric. Others I think are trying to save my soul, or at least the souls of my readers.

What they keep trying to explain to me is God’s love, and simultaneously compare him to a parent while saying he’s too miraculous to understand with my feeble human mind.

So let’s dive into this scenario and try to rationalize the irrational with analogies that maybe our feeble human minds can comprehend.
