America’s Sickness
Insurance Scams, Big Pharma Cartels, and Hospital Racketeering

America loves to brag about having the “best healthcare system in the world.” I’ll agree it’s the best system in the world for insurance executives, pharma CEOs, and hospital administrators with seven-figure salaries.
For everyone else, it’s basically a game of financial Russian roulette: spin the wheel, see if you can afford to not die this month.
Take insurance companies. They’re not in the business of health; they’re in the business of denial. Luigi Mangione ripped the mask off this scam when his story made national headlines, AI-driven algorithms deciding if you live or die, not a doctor, not a human, but a glorified Excel spreadsheet trained to say “no” faster than you can finish submitting your claim.
The more they deny, the more they pocket. Their business model is simple: collect premiums, deny care, and then spend millions on advertising to convince you they’re “there when you need them.”
They’re not.
